Ready to Ship Items will ship by the next business day. Tracking will be added to your web order.

Custom orders will ship once they are completed and after you have paid the remaining balance of your invoice.

Local pickup is available. Choose "Local Pickup" as an option when you are in the checkout process. Please email me to make arrangements for pick up.

First Class shipping via USPS is $5 for the first item. 2-5 items will be sent in a Priority Mail Envelope for $8.25. For more than 5 items, shipping will be calculated and charged at cost.
Due to the handmade nature of the items, returns and exchanges will not be allowed.

For your custom items, I check in with you before I cut anything to confirm sizing and fabric choices. If you need to make any changes to your order, it should be done at this time.

If the item is found to be defective, the customer must notify vendor within 3 days of receiving the item. If a defect is found as part of the manufacturing process, I will allow return, exchange or repair.

Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
